| The Opportunity: Our client is a national contractor involved in a range of projects within the property services sector, including commercial, local authority and retail & leisure. They are seeking an individual with experience in the building maintenance (planned) and refurbishment sectors to oversee a sub division of their contracting arm, responsible for £3m turnover and 10 office based staff and up to 40 operatives. The person: - This position would suit a commercially aware Operations/Construction Manager or a Commercial Manager (QS) who has a thorough understanding of the trades. - You MUST have worked within the commercial construction or sector, preferably with a main contractor. - Posses good motivational and man management skills and have a thorough understanding of site works and associated trades.
