Need A Job is an online UK & Ireland job search portal. We provide "employment at a click". Recruitment agencies and employers advertise their available vacancies on our site. From there, you, the jobseeker, can search our whole system and find the ideal job in the ideal location.

Need A Job do NOT charge you, the jobseeker, for searching the site, applying for jobs or even registering and email alerts for jobs. It is free of charge for jobseekers.

Simply go to "My NeedAJob" and below the login box you can select forgot password. Then all you have to do is enter your email address you used on registration. We will then email you the password linked to your account.

Certainly. You must register and upload your CV to benefit from this service. Click "Register" in the navigation menu and from there fill in your details. we will automatically setup job alerts my email for you. You can change the frequency of the alerts from daily to weekly in your account.

Select "My NeedAJob" from the top menu and then proceed to login using your account details. Once you have logged in simply select "Edit My CV" from the menu bar. Once you have finished updating your CV click Update.

Yes, our system can accept your CV in word or PDF format. At present you can upload 1 CV per account. This CV will be emailed to employers/recruiters once you apply for a job.

To access our advertiser area select "Employers" from the top menu. This will let you see the advantages of registering with Need A Job. All you need to do is select Register from the advertising area and this will create your account

Need A Job.co.uk is currently a free website to advertise on. We do not charge for listing jobs on the website. CV searches is also completely free of charge from Need A Job.co.uk

If you can't remember your account password select Forgot Password from the menu. Fill in your account email address and then our system will immediately send you your password linked to your account.

Currently there is no limit to the number of days you can list a job. If you wish you can set an expiration date or alternatively you can advertise the job for an unlimited time while we find you an employee.

Certainly. From your employer account select "Upload logo". You can then browse your PC for the logo. Logo formats are preferred to be .jpg and .gif but we can accept .bmp and .png Make sure your logo is not over-sized or high resolution as this will slow down loading times for your vacancies.

Once you login to your account you can modify your profile and company details. To do so select "Edit Profile" and from there you can change all your details.

Once you login you will have an overview of currently listed jobs on the system. Select "Archive Job" beside the job that you want to remove from the system. This will remove it from the front end of the site immediately.

Yes. if you have a .csv file of your job listings please contact us and we will create the import system for you. We are currently integrated with Broadbean, Conkers, Idibu, You Recruit and eRecruit will be integrated shortly. For more information about posting jobs via these companies please contact us.
