I am currently looking for Shift Engineers to strengthen a busy Production Team based in the Slough area
Working with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment, your key responsibilities include: –
* Proactive, planned-preventative maintenance to ensure our existing equipment can meet capacity demand and efficiency targets.
* Reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime.
* Identifying and delivering against opportunities to implement changes and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant efficiencies.
* Assisting with the introduction of new equipment to a market-leading production facility as part of our continued drive for innovation.
* Continuous professional development through industry specific training.
You will be able to fault find on a range of mechanical and electrical equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics. Experience with Steam, heat exchangers and soft water plants would be advantageous
Ideally you will have a relevant qualification – which may include an ONC or HND / HNC or a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
Salary: £52000 – £53000/annum Great Benefits + Overtime + T&D
