We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Austria, responsible for the delivery of the civils package.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale civils or construction projects, ideally with previous data centre experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of the civils package from planning through to completion.
* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and key project stakeholders.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
* Manage programme, quality and commercial performance.
* Liaise with the client, consultants and project teams.
* Monitor progress and resolve any issues affecting delivery.
* Ensure all works comply with project specifications, health & safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within civils/construction.
* Experience delivering large-scale civils packages.
* Data centre experience highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality and H&S.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* EU Passport required.
* Willingness to work in Austria.
