We are recruiting exclusively for a part-time Accounts Assistant for a recognised employer based within the Loughborough area. This is a permanent, Part Time position, around 4 days a week with flexible start and finish times + free parking.
Part Time Accounts Assistant duties:
* Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
* Processing Credit notes
* Raising Purchase Orders and Matching Delivery Notes
* Raising Sales Ledger invoices and credit notes
* Chasing outstanding approvals
* Dealing with inbound queries from suppliers
* Set up new supplier accounts
* Maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Process staff expenses
* Updating and maintaining weekly and monthly excel records
Flexible start and finishing times.
Salary £22,000 pro rata + Benefits + Pension + Free Parking
Salary: £22000/annum
