Area Manager, Regional Manager – Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Care, Residential Care. Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield, East Midlands
My client is a well established national care provider, looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to join their team. Covering a number of services in the East Midlands / Nottingham area, you will be providing inspiration and guidance to a team of service managers providing award winning care to customer with a range of often complex needs, including people living with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs.
Their services include both supported living and also residential care, and you may have experience of in either, or both of these areas. The position needs someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who can quickly move between strategic tasks and looking at the finer details of operational services. This will be a rewarding, varied opportunity including all aspects of care delivery, operational, clinical and financial performance in the area.
You will have the ability to motivate your team of managers, providing direction and career development, driving performance against targets, developing a culture of excellence and care quality. You will have the ability to juggle a busy workload, managing key relationships internally & externally, ensuring the strategic plan & vision are rolled out across your region.
