About the role
Produce food & hospitality to match customer expectations to the agreed standards
Work to the agreed standard of hygiene practice and Food Safety policy
Responsible for Hospitality (excluding Beverage) profit and cost control
Cover business peaks and annual leave at other branches near by
Enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the testing of new ideas
Achieve day-to-day operational standards with particular reference to food presentation & food storage About you
706 1 & 2 or NVQ 1 & 2 in Food Preparation & Cooking
A keen interest in hospitality with attention to detail.
Culinary knowledge & skills
Flexible (Multi Site) and diplomatic team worker
Experience of working in a 3-4 star environment
