Ideal Recruit is recruiting reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a well-established logistics client based in Rugby.

This is trunking work between depots and distribution centres – not multi-drop – offering stable, long-term employment with guaranteed hours.

Both day and night shifts available.

Pay Rates (PAYE, Holiday Pay Included):

Monday–Friday

Day (06:00–13:59): £17.38 p/h
Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £19.18 p/h
Night (22:00–05:59): £19.73 p/h
Saturday

Day (06:00–13:59): £18.79 p/h
Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £21.69 p/h
Night (22:00–05:59): £21.91 p/h
Sunday

Day (06:00–13:59): £21.91 p/h
Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £22.69 p/h
Night (22:00–05:59): £23.13 p/h

What You’ll Need:

Full UK Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence
Valid CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
