Data Architect
Location: Worcestershire or Hampshire – hybrid, 2 days per week onsite

We’re supporting a leading technology organisation looking to appoint a Data Architect to define and evolve its enterprise-wide data architecture, supporting product development, analytics and wider business transformation.
The role
Define enterprise data architecture principles, standards and roadmaps.
Design conceptual, logical and physical data models.
Shape the use of data platforms, integration and data governance.
Support large-scale migration from heritage systems to modern cloud platforms.
Provide architectural direction across data and engineering teams.
What we’re looking for
Strong enterprise Data Architecture experience.
Databricks – essential.
Cloud data platform experience; Azure desirable.
Strong knowledge of batch, streaming, event-driven and medallion architectures.
Advanced data modelling skills.
Experience with complex, long-term data migrations highly desirable.
Insurance experience beneficial, but not essential.A great opportunity to take ownership of enterprise data architecture within an organisation going through significant technology and data transformation.
Salary: £70000 – £79000/annum + bonus
