This isn’t just a job—it’s a career accelerator. As an Associate (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

?? Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
?? Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
?? Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
?? Negotiate offers – Make placements
?? Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
?? Vertical market specialist  

You’ll be supported every step of the way with best-in-class training and a clear path to promotion through our SThree Velocity Programme.
