· This individual will possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
· Have a great understanding and knowledge of human relations in order to guide and manage employees on a range of HR issues.
· Give sound advice interpreting policies and performance management.
· Have great people skills and the ability to work in a team to a high standard.
· Support and reviews the current policies and direction of the HR department.
· Work in corporation with business partners, legal and HR team to manage employee related issues and cases.
· Will have at least 3 years of experience in an existing HR Advisory role.
· Passion for talent acquisition and professional development
· CIPD graduate with evidence of continuous professional development.
· Commercial experience.
· High attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
· Knowledge and experience of the current employment law.
· Strong analysis, management and negotiation skills.
