Our Client is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to share an exciting journey – they’re undergoing a transformation that touches every part of the business and are making changes to their people, processes and systems to better serve their customers for the future. You can be a part of that change, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the Lead Business Analyst in defining the appropriate business analysis approach across multiple projects whilst leading on the delivery of analysis artefacts and directing more junior members of staff in carrying out analysis activities.
The Senior Business Analyst is also responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of the organisation within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives. The Business Analyst works with Project Managers, Business Partner Managers, business and IT teams to ensure that requirements are understood and documented before being accurately translated into successful business system implementations and that business processes are optimised where appropriate.
The successful Senior Business Analyst will work across a range of medium and large-scale projects / programmes, initially on customer programmes.
You will have experience of working within programmes relating to customer billing, collections, customer contact and customer self-service would be beneficial along with experience in a regulated and/or utilities environment.
