Production Operative – Can Line
Location: Rugby CV21 1HA
Pay Rate: £14.99
Shifts: 4 on 4 off rotational, 07:00 – 19:00 & 19:00-07:00
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work on the can lines within a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring can line production machinery
Carrying out quality checks with a high level of accuracy
Maintaining production standards and health & safety procedures
Recording and updating production information using PC systems
Working effectively as part of a shift teamCandidate Requirements
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and reliable approach to work
Strong punctuality and attendance
PC literate and confident using computer systems
Excellent attention to detail
