Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving challenges and seeing a project through from initial concept to successful delivery?
This is an opportunity to join a multi-discipline engineering and manufacturing environment where youll have the autonomy to drive projects forward, work with a broad range of stakeholders and make a tangible impact on delivery.
What youll be doing
Youll take responsibility for projects from initiation through to completion, developing robust plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements. Youll coordinate teams and stakeholders, manage risks, issues, dependencies and change, and establish a clear reporting rhythm to keep projects on track.
Youll also have the opportunity to improve the way projects are delivered by introducing best practice, strengthening processes and helping teams work more effectively.
What youll bring
Were looking for someone who is confident taking ownership in a fast-paced environment, with proven Project Management experience and a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
Youll be a clear and effective communicator with strong leadership and negotiation skills, able to communicate concisely and in a SMART, structured way. Experience using P6 Primavera planning tools is also required.
A PMP, APMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent recognised Project Management qualification would be expected, alongside experience within manufacturing, software or production environments.
The practical details
You must be UK resident and, due to the nature of the role, eligible to undergo Security Clearance.
