Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Travel Allowance
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a global engineering leader specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of modular process systems for the can-making industry.
This business combines cutting-edge technology with an advanced, tailored strategy to help clients optimise every aspect of their facilities they dont just make it happen, they make it better.
Were now seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value international projects, working closely with senior leadership and key global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead full project lifecycle from proposal through to delivery
* Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and progress
* Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and supplier coordination
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
* Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with scope, cost, and quality standards
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities
What Youll Need:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* Proven background in canning production or can-making line projects
* 8+ years experience in technical or industrial project management
* Previous roles such as Project Engineer, Resident Construction Engineer, or Coordinator
* PMP Certification or Chartered Engineer status (preferred)
* Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and communication skills
* Confident managing budgets, resources, and global project delivery
