Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Southampton
Salary: £60 – £70K + Package + Bonus
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the commercial management of projects, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
Assist in the procurement and administration of subcontractor packages
Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment
Contribute to monthly cost/value reconciliation and financial reporting
Work closely with operational teams to support project delivery and identify commercial risks and opportunitiesExperience:
Ideally experienced in new build schemes valued above £10m
Experience in NEC form of Contract
Experience within one of the following sectors: industrial, commercial, healthcare, education
Salary: £65000 – £70000/annum + Package
