Technology is a massively expanding area for businesses and we have seen a surge in opportunities to help companies transform and transition for the future. As a Consultant, you will be providing clients with technology-skilled talent on a contractual or permanent basis. You will be responsible for building out your own client base, as well as managing our existing amazing clients.Through the combination of your industry and technical expertise, the creative use of our state-of -the-art technologies (we have an all singing all dancing new database en-route) and proven processes, you will provide clients with a top in class recruitment service that embodies our values.
We have ambitious plans for growth in the coming years and we need you to support your team through this by owning your own share of responsibility. You will help sell our portfolio of solutions whilst consistently growing service lines through our existing clients.
Proven track record in recruitment, either in contracts or permanent recruitment
You’ll have examples where you’ve won clients or expanded relationships within clients
Delivers high performance under pressure
Solutions focused problem solver
Successful account management and development experience which has enabled enhanced service delivery
Compelling and validated sales, negotiation and influencing skills
A pretty solid level of understanding around technical “jargon” gained from recruiting technical professionals/knowledge of Technology
Good presentation skills, ideally for pitching to new clients…including on Teams/Zoom!
A willingness to learn and develop- we will train any gaps you may have.
