Our client are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their established team working form their Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The role would involve working in partnership with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the company and compliance with all relevant legislation.
Set in an attractive market town on the outskirt of Leicestershire, close to all major road networks and therefore would be an easy commute from surrounding areas.
They are a unique organisation that provides specialist complex care services to clients with neurological conditions that may include acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, or progressive diseases such as multiple sclerosis and motor neuron disease throughout Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and Rutland. They also support clients with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
Proven track record of managing a Domiciliary Service.
Comprehensive knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
Nurse Qualified with NMC PIN
Good knowledge and background of the care sector
Experience of leadership and management of teams
You must be qualified to a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills
To work positively as part of a team, leading by example
Driver with own vehicle essential (Business Insurance required)
You will take overall responsibility as the person-in-charge for day-to-day running of the agency, ensuring we provide quality care in all clinical practices, maintaining all clinical care plans. Your role would include the training/competencies/clinical supervision of support workers and all NHC workforce. You will ensure that all clinical policies and procedures are in line with NICE guidelines and that all staff work to these in line with these guidelines.
You will promote a caring environment for the clients through high standards of professional practice. Fostering a culture of person-centred and holistic support for all who use their service.
Key areas of responsibility:
Project manage service Managers; to mentor, coach and support
Managing staffing levels within the company, ensuring each package is staffed safely
Working with Service Managers to ensure responsive and effective recruitment
Monitor performance of Managers through supervision and KPI’s
Organise and support the out of hours on-call service, to ensure staffing levels are safe
Carry out clinical assessments, supervisions and competencies for all staff
Overseeing clinical care plans and risk assessments
Supporting with new referrals; completing clinical assessments
