Sales Advisor – Part Time 30hrs or Full time (Kitchen and Bathroom’s)

You’ll be working for Jewson in Walton on Thames. Jewson’s one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK with over 500 branches; we’ve come a long way since opening our first store in 1836!

Is this role right for me?

First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working; We are looking for someone with the following skills/experience:

Previous experience gained in a Kitchen or Bathrooms is preferred
Must have a strong customer and sales focused attitude
The ability to interpret a customer’s brief
Ability to ‘make things happen’ without direct authority is essential, as is the ability to solve problems
Will have excellent communication and relationship building skillsHours of Work: We are looking for a candidate that can commit to a minimum of 30hrs per week or Full time.

Part Time hours would be Monday to Friday – 5.5hrs per day, start and finish times can be flexible and discussed at interview. Plus every other Saturday 8am – 1pm.

Training in CAD will be offered as part of the role.

What will I be doing in the role?

The purpose of the role is to achieve substantial profitable sales growth within the local Kitchen and Bathrooms market by building strong relationships with customers, in order to develop sales and maximise branch profitability.

Meet and greet customers in our showroom
Provide the customer with advice on sales enquiries and design requirements, ensuring legislation and compliance is adhered to at all times, and conduct site planning and surveys when necessary
Work with the Showroom Manager to identify new business opportunities and follow up
Ensure all customer quotes, sales and orders are processed efficiently
Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently maintained at all times, i.e. maintain a clean, tidy and safe working / customer environmentAbout Us
