Site Engineer
3 month contract (strong likelihood of extension due to ongoing project work)
£450 – £500 per day
Based in Oxford
12 days on / 2 days off shift pattern (uplift for weekends)
Responsibilities:
Setting out and surveying works
Managing QA documentation and as-built records
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with specifications and drawings
Supporting site management teams with technical engineering requirements
Liaising with subcontractors and project stakeholders
Monitoring progress and maintaining health & safety standards on site
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Strong setting out experience
Competent using surveying equipment and engineering software
CSCS card required
Relevant engineering qualification preferred
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment
Salary: £450 – £500/day
