?? Long-term work: Available after this project for the right person
Were looking for someone who is confident managing a site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and ensuring the project stays on programme and is delivered to an exceptional standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven Site Management experience
Experience in high-end residential construction or specialist projects
Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive, organised approach
Strong communication and client-facing skills
SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS
This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious residential project, with the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial 30-week contract
Salary: £250 – £280/annum
