Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help deliver consistently high standards across all services.
Support and lead the kitchen team during busy services
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
Help manage preparation and kitchen organisation
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Support events and functions when required
Step up and take responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a busy and varied kitchen environment.
Previous Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef experience
Confident leading and supporting a kitchen team
Strong cooking and organisational skills
Comfortable working across restaurant, hotel and events service
Reliable, professional and passionate about food
Able to remain calm and organised during busy services
