Welder Fabricators – Permanent Opportunities
We are proud to be working in partnership with an award winning manufacturer to recruit several skilled Welder Fabricators to join them permanently due to them being awarded several large contracts. The position of a Welder Fabricator will be working regular Days Monday to Thursday and offered with structured ongoing training and progression opportunities. This opportunity can offer a stable and secure working environment with continuous work and development.
Our client is a market-leading Modular and Portable Buildings manufacturer based in Brandesburton, Driffield and Ottringham, Hull areas employing over 400 people across the UK, Over the last 12 months, our client has gone through a substantial period of growth and rapid modernisation at their different sites.
What is on offer to the Welder Fabricator?
Hourly rate of of £13.00ph
Productivity Bonus available when targets are met
Regular overtime available at time and a half
Various shifts – 7am – 5.15pm Monday to Thursday over 4 days or 6am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday over 5 days
Guaranteed weekly hours
28 days Holiday (rising to 32 days with service)
Welder Fabricators Skills and Experience:
Previous MIG Welding experience
Be highly motivated with good communication skills
High levels of concentration
Working within a team
Ability to maintain high housekeeping levels
Excellent attention to detail
MIG Welder Fabricators main duties:
Operation of Welding Plant and hand tools
Quality checking of welds
Working to a customer demand schedule for on time deliveries.
Working to the highest levels Safety and Quality.
The successful Welder Fabricator must have previous experience in Welding and Fabricating and ideally be available for a weld test/start.
