Role- BIM Manager
Salary- £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type- Permanent
Location- Bristol
My client works within workplace and office design and are looking to take on a BIM Coordinator on a permanent basis in Bristol.
The BIM Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
Highly skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo and BIM360
Relevant Industry experience in Interior Design and fit out
Experience of designing workplace and office design
Able to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
Be keen to develop as part of a dynamic team long term
A team player committed to adding value
Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detailThe BIM Manager will involve:
Sourcing, creating, and maintaining model content, BIM libraries and BIM template
Assisting the project team with modelling, drawings, and schedules
Developing and maintaining BIM protocols and BIM Execution plan and other documentation
Responsible for organisation wide BIM standards
Managing the process and handover of BIM content to external parties
Training the team in specific software programmes
Ensuring the projects teams are up to date with the latest updates on BIM software
Drive efficiency with the company’s BIM processes
